What is the DRIVE Revolution?

Founded in 2015 by North Carolina educators DRIVE is a full service educational support network striving to IGNITE passions, UNITE communities and ELEVATE the possibilities of all learning communities. We facilitate school transformation and improve student outcomes by helping schools create a climate and culture that will empower life long learners, nurture the whole child and strengthen Social-Emotional competencies.

What Does DRIVE Do?

We specialize in maximizing student outcomes by improving school climate and transforming culture. DRIVE provides a framework for school leaders at the local and district level based on the cornerstones of Perceptual Control Theory, fostering INTRINSIC motivation and cultivating authentic relationships. DRIVE's Power of Our© framework is founded on the most recent scientific research and utilizes nationwide best practices with proven results.

Who is DRIVE?

Based in Asheboro, North Carolina DRIVE was co-founded by Charlie Lyons and Jane Williams in 2015. Today DRIVE is a growing national network of Award-Winning Teachers, Coaches, Principals, Directors, Superintendents and University Professors. These experts have a vast array of experience and are excited about getting in the trenches with you as you seek to elevate your learning community. We are passionate about motivation, authentic relationships and positive change!

What's New @ DRIVE?

DRIVE has enjoyed getting this school year launched on a positive note! From Macon, Georgia to Chapel Hill, North Carolina down to Bluffton, South Carolina and out to Polk County, North Carolina and everywhere in between we have had a busy August! We have especially enjoyed our time close to home in the Piedmont of North Carolina working with Stokes County, Asheboro City, Lincoln County, Rowan-Salisbury, Alamance-Burlington and Guilford County Schools. Thank you for the opportunity to IGNITE, UNITE and ELEVATE your administration, staff and most importantly the students in each of these districts! We look forward to continuing this important work and improving student outcomes everywhere we go.
